Return Policy:
All sales of full priced clothing can be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 7 days of purchase provided that the tags are attached and the sales receipt is provided. There will be no returns or exchanges on clothing that has been worn in fairness to all of our customers.
Final Sales:
All sales on jewelry and accessories are final. Returns and exchanges are not possible in fairness to all of our clients.
All sales on clearance merchandise is final. Returns and exchanges are not possible, there are no exceptions.
Merchandise hold:
We will gladly hold an item for two days. Longer than two days is not possible due to the seasons nature of our business.
Taxes:
Quebec law sites that all sales have GST (5%) and QST (7.5% on top of GST) charges.
